excellent camera
had a kodak digital camera and didn't really use it a lot because it was so complicated to operate. decided to purchase a new camera, and chose this one. haven't been disappointed at all. excellent quality pictures and easy to use. the only fault with this camera i think for the price it should come with a case, but all in all an excellent little machine.!!!23

It's a nice size, a comfortable weight that won't tire your arms if you hold it for too long.
In auto mode, it just does everything for you. But you can fiddle with the settings to please yourself.
Nice large screen at the back and the menu/select buttons are well labelled.
It's finished well although a soft case would have been a nice addition.

Lovely Little Camera
Bought this so I can get a few photos on my photo frame. Love it! Very much a bargain for its price and I's small and chunky enough for me to hold onto and not loose. Its a shame that its not rechargeable, but to be honest you barely need to change the batteries for it!27

Hasn't got good grip.

My best camera so far!
this has definitely been my best camera so far.GOOD:
The pictures are very clear,high quality and you can see all detail.

This camera ia very cute, easy to use. Did not need to read the manual to figure it out. It takes very good shot although like some other reviews have said it sometimes looks a little grainy on screen but when you put your pictures on the computer it is fine.32

Excellent camera on a budget
I just bought this camera for my wife. It is an excellent camera for the price. This is a 8.3 Megapixel camera packed with features: Shoot at ISO 800 for scenes that are pretty dark; Lots of pre-programmed settings; Easy to switch settings - there is a dial with which to switch programs and an easy GUI menu system; There is a anti-blur setting for those shots that are zoomed in and you get the shakes; The camera has an internal memory of only 10MB, but that is nice if you really need to squeeze on a couple more pictures; A nice feature on this camera is the ability to choose between XD memory cards and SD memory cards.This camera is designed for every day use for those who merely want to point and shoot. You just choose your setting and shoot, or you leave your camera on auto and shoot - the choice is yours. The quality of the pictures at 8megapixels is very decent.

Happy Daughter
I got this camera for my daughter's birthday as she was constantly complaining about the bad quality of her camera phone. When she opened it, she stuck a couple of batteries, the pack of 24 for £1.50!, and started snapping away. She was very impressed with the results on the 2m mega-pixel resolution. She was running back in forward to her laptop because of the 8mb lack luster memory, so I recently gave her my 64mb xd card as I just recently got the 1Gb for my 6m Fuji F410, see review. All in all a good camera for outside shots and inside depending on the lighting. All her friends like it and they all want one!36

Great camera, shame about the language!
This is a great camera, at a great price, but be aware that you will receive a German manual and a European charging lead. Amazon does not make this clear. Expect to have to pay for an English manual and lead from elsewhere on the net!37

Fuji FinePix S5700 Digital Camera
I bought this camera a couple of months ago to replace my older 3.2mp Olympus. I chose it because it takes my existing SD cards, it has a powerful 10x optical zoom and a continuous shooting setting plus it takes standard AA batteries. I've found it be a very good camera for the money -it has a huge range of features, the lcd screen is large and clear, battery life is excellent and the viewfinder with a tiny internal lcd screen is v useful in bright sunlight. The disadvantages are that the plastic case feels a bit cheap (alhtough quite robust) and its too big to fit in a pocket (its looks like a SLR camera that has shrunk in the wash).38

Portable camara
Got this camara a week a go, to replace the built in one on my k850i. Got the z10fd because of the good reviews it had and the way it looked. Have tried most of the functions on the phone and have found it easy to navigate and work. The picture are very good except for one's took at night with the flash. It easly beats the picture from the k850i. Would highly recommend this camara, if it is to replace a phone camara and you need something light and portable, that gives good results.39

Faulty Camera
I bought the camera from Pixmania via Amazon to replace my wife's Nikon P4 which had developed a fault.After carefully charging the battery and following the Getting Started instructions the camera refused to switch on so returned it to Pixmania and got a refund.
I was probably unlucky but it seems that Fuji have some quality control problems to address.
